Adding HYPERLINKS to your images:
1. Create a new slide after your title slide.
2. Type "project 1", "project 2", etc.
3. To create Hyperlinks:
3.1. On the table of contents, choose the words that you want to connect to the slide.
3.2. Right click on the word.
3.3. Choose Hyperlink.
3.4. To link within your Powerpoint document:
-Choose “Place in this document” (on the left).
-Choose the slide to which you would like to connect the image, letter, or word. (i.e. Slide 1 image should be linked to "slide 1" words)
-Click “Ok”.4. Repeat with a SHAPE on each picture slide. LInk each shape back to the table of contents.
The letter or word should be underlined, and the color should be changed.

Adding finished projects to PowerPoint:
1. Open up your FINISHED project in Adobe Photoshop.
2. File>Save As
3. File NAME: Project #_ your name
4. File TYPE/FORMAT: .JPEG
5. Save on the removable disk.
6. In the window that opens, be sure to select a "High" file size (8-12). > Select OK
7. Open your "Commercial Art Exam" PowerPoint.
8. At the top of the page, select the "Home" tab.
9. Select "New Slide".
10. At the top of the page, select Insert> image/picture.
11. Find the project file that you have saved on the flash drive. >Open
12. Resize your project, if it is necessary. (Remember, you do not have to stretch out your image. Do not feel like you have to fill the entire slide.)
Repeat for each project.
If you do not have a finished project for your PowerPoint, be sure that you still create a slide for each project that we have done. On the slide for your missing project(s), please explain WHY you did not do this project.
